Symptom:
In WxCC, Upon changing the License type for user , user profile on portal in stuck

Conditions:
In WxCC, while changing the license type for user from Supervisor to Premium Agent or Premium Agent to Supervisor, the user profile on portal gets stuck and does not allow the option to select the profile
