Description (partial)

After an RPFO, the gISO label is lost from <cmdBold>show version<noCmdBold>, with just the XR release version reported.

A golden ISO with a label specified is PXE or USB booted on a dual RP system, and an RPFO takes place (prior to any further install operation that would update or remove the label).

To verify whether an RPFO could cause this problem, check the contents of /pkg/etc/giso_label.txt on both the active and standby RP. These files should match.
