Symptom: 1) Presence Engine functionality stops working. 2) Request arriving at Presence Engine is only queued, and not processed. 3) Presence Engine logs are full of trace line - "ERROR event queue is queuing too many messages, will not queue more" 4) Perfmon shows VmSize of Process PE , steadily rising till max, and then plateau and eventually PE crash Conditions: This happens when IMP is overwhelmed with lots of SIP PUBLISH flooding in from CUCM.
