Symptom: 8821 has no dial tone after fallback from srst to cucm Conditions: CUCM load: 22.214.171.12400-118 Phone load: sip8821.11-0-6-1 Description: 8821 has no dial tone after fallback from srst to cucm Steps: 1. Phone A is registered with UCM which in turn is integrated with Unity connection voicemail system. Set "Audible MWI Policy" to On. 2. UCM cluster has a UCM + SRST in it. Leave a voice mail on line 1 of phone A. 3. Shutdown UCM1. 4. After phone A failover to SRST, go OffHook on phone A. Listen to the dial tone on the phone. Go OnHook.
