Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using Cisco DNA Center to provision devices, a WLC provisioning may fail with the error message, "NCSP10001: User intent validation failed."

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.5 managing a wireless LAN controller in an N+1 setup where different RF Profiles are associated to the same site.
