Symptom: When using Cisco DNA Center to provision devices, a WLC provisioning may fail with the error message, "NCSP10001: User intent validation failed." 2020-07-10 19:53:41,490 | INFO | -service-manager-notify-1 | | c.c.a.c.s.lock.impl.LockManagerImpl | locks acquisition will not be attempted by owner 97ac93ad-d850-468b-8e4b-472e7ffae1bc as someone else has the locks for resources [CFSLock] | org.hibernate.LazyInitializationException: failed to lazily initialize a collection of role: com.cisco.dnac.model.APWirelessConfiguration.deviceInfo, no session or session was closed Conditions: This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 184.108.40.206 managing a wireless LAN controller in an N+1 setup where different RF Profiles are associated to the same site.
