Symptom: Number of records shown doesn't match with data displayed in Find and List Headset Inventory page Conditions: 1)Login to CCMAdmin. 2)Access the path Device->Headset->Headset Inventory. In Find and List Headset Inventory page,while performing filtering, enter valid data either for Dock Model or Headset Owner or Associate Phone Owner as Headset Owner using "begins with" and Headset Age(days) set to less than with empty data Headset Owner +" begins with" Headset Age(days) +" less than" or "greater than" set to empty value. This results in X number of records info that doesn't match with info displayed.
