Description (partial)

Issue found when running ''. The '' script was modified between versions 19.3 and 19.5 to use the 'tee' command to direct output to /var/qps/bin/feature_list.txt . When executed as a non-privileged user ('qns' or other non-privileged user), the message "tee: /var/qps/bin/feature_list.txt: Permission denied" is displayed as part of the output. When used by '', however, no features are listed-only the error messages are seen.
