Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is an IGMP snooping memory leak after a fabric port flap trigger.

Conditions:
This issue occurs if the following conditions are met:
1. Configure IGMP Snooping.
2. Configure Layer 2 multicast traffic across a remote leaf switch.
3. Flap the fabric ports.
