Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is an enhancement request.

Currently in Jabber mobile clients we have Call Parameters which define supported call types over mobile carrier connections:
- audio only
- audio/video
- disable call feature

Customer requirements is to have video calls allowed (to join CMS video meetings, as an example) but restrict video bandwidth so administrators can differentiate and limit mobile traffic consumption.

Additional parameter would address this use case:
- max video bandwidth over mobile carrier network (3G/LTE/5G)

This parameter should be control both locally by user and via jabber-config.

Alternatively (if this is hard to implement) there might be keyword added to existing SIP Header exposing connection type. And bandwidth restriction can be implemented on CUCM lside via SIP Normalization script.

Conditions:
- Jabber mobile clients
- mobile carrier connection (3G/LTE/5G)
- active video call
