Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call Connector is not operational after Expressway upgrade to 12.6 or when activated in a brand new install of Expressway 12.6.

When adding a CUCM fails in the Expressway Admin through Applications->Hybrid Services->Call Service->Unified CM Servers reporting an error that credentials could not be verified.

Call Connector activated fails and does not start after enabled in Expressway Admin.

Conditions:
Upgrade or new install of Expressway 12.6
