Description (partial)

During a Webex Events meeting, the host attempts to promote an attendee to a panelist. The host is able to open the menu to reassign roles for attendees, and the option to promote an attendee to panelist is clickable and reacts (changes color while the click is held) when clicked. Doing so makes no change to the role of the attendee, the option remains clickable, the attendee sees no changes, and no other observable changes occur.

1. A user joins a Webex Event using the Attendee Link.
2. The user reclaims the host role using the host key. This user is now the host.
3. The host selects an attendee, who has joined the event from the Windows desktop application, from the Participant Panel>Attendee List.
5. The host attempts to change the attendee’s role to panelist, causing the problem to occur.
