Customer is complaining about diameter connection flapping with AAA server. Upon further analysis it is found that

customer tried to  apply the following sctp-template to solve the issue without success:
  sctp-param-template sctp-swm
    sctp-max-mtu-size 1316
    sctp-start-mtu-size 1316

1. Can you tell us why despite bundle status seems to be disable ePDG still bundle SCTP packets ?
2. Why despite we configure SCTP Max MTU 1316 we still see SCTP packets with more than that ?

Setting SCTP_NODELAY to 1 will disable bundling. This is not configurable in UNIX
