Last Modified

  • Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers

Known Affected Releases

7.2.12.BASE

Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP has read the distribution, so with the knob (?default martian check disable?) it hasn’t re-distributed the route .

Route suppressing log message are also not seen for martian addresses. ----- > ?from debug log I couldn’t find any info on Martian checks and addresses?.

I see the same behaviour with or without knob, where prefixes are getting dropped though bgp read the distribution.

Can someone from ?bgp-team? have a look and help us on further triage?
