Symptom:
Unable to edit user rank for LDAP users at quick user add page

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - System - LDAP - LDAP directory - Perform LDAP sync
Go to user management - User settings - role - Add new - Select cisco administration - Next - Select read and update for application user web page and user web page - Save.
Assign this role to ACG and assign this ACG to end user. Now login with this end user credentials
Then go to quick user add page - Click on Active directory sync user id - Here user rank field should be editable.
