Description (partial)

Symptom:
After submitting a requisition, add the following text as a comment, from Order Management or classic Service Manager:

The following error can be observed in the server logs, and the Comment Added email notification fails to get sent out:

ERROR [com.newscale.comps.comments.session.CommentsManagerDomainImpl] (default task-42) COR-ID=-3932027875280454785::Email sending failure: java.lang.Exception: Comment -1 not found.

What is interesting about this issue is that if you add the same comment text from the Orders page or Service Manager website UI, the issue is not reproducible. Furthermore, once the comment has been added from any of the new UIs, the issue is subsequently not reproducible from the old UIs—everything starts working properly.
