Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you are encountering this defect, the cluster expand will continue to fail during the Deploy phase with this error:

"Deploying Controller Nodes:
Error While Executing Scripts. Please Contact Cisco Support Team."

Conditions:
This has been observed with standard HX clusters running version 4.0(2b) which have been deployed via Intersight with storage vSwitches which use a non-default name.
