Known Affected Releases

DNAC1.3

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco DNA Center doesn't display ms-teams, ms-teams-audio, ms-teams-video and ms-teams-media in the set of collaboration-apps. In the IOS-XE platform of the switch running version 16.9.3s, nbar shows that ms-teams, ms-teams-audio, ms-teams-video and ms-teams-media are part of application-set collaboration-apps.

For example,
Edge1#sh ip nbar protocol-attribute ms-teams
           Protocol Name : ms-teams
               encrypted : encrypted-yes
                  tunnel : tunnel-no
                category : voice-and-video
            sub-category : enterprise-media-conferencing
       application-group : ms-cloud-group
          p2p-technology : p2p-tech-yes
           traffic-class : multimedia-conferencing
      business-relevance : business-relevant
         application-set : collaboration-apps
      application-family : instant-messaging

However, the ms-teams app is not present in Cisco DNA Center's AVC application set.
