Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Cisco DNA Center doesn't display ms-teams, ms-teams-audio, ms-teams-video and ms-teams-media in the set of collaboration-apps. In the IOS-XE platform of the switch running version 16.9.3s, nbar shows that ms-teams, ms-teams-audio, ms-teams-video and ms-teams-media are part of application-set collaboration-apps. For example, Edge1#sh ip nbar protocol-attribute ms-teams Protocol Name : ms-teams encrypted : encrypted-yes tunnel : tunnel-no category : voice-and-video sub-category : enterprise-media-conferencing application-group : ms-cloud-group p2p-technology : p2p-tech-yes traffic-class : multimedia-conferencing business-relevance : business-relevant application-set : collaboration-apps application-family : instant-messaging However, the ms-teams app is not present in Cisco DNA Center's AVC application set. Conditions: This issue is present in all current Cisco DNA Center releases.
