Description (partial)

Symptom:
Adding CMS to TMS will fail with below error in log-web log file,

Tandberg.TMS.Common.SystemExceptions.UpdateFieldException: Update Field failed on: V35PortsNumberOfv35PortsSupported ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
