Cisco Bug: CSCvu98675 - Cisco DNA Center after restore, Cisco DNA Center UI does not show Policy and Provision data

Description (partial)

Post restore, the following exception may be seen in the spf-service-manager-service and maintenance related service logs:

org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation "airsensecfs" does not exist
2020-07-12 21:53:17,726 |  ERROR | qtp399534175-157          |  | o.h.util.JDBCExceptionReporter | ERROR: relation "airsensecfs" does not exist

SSH into Cisco DNA Center as the maglev user to review the above service logs and run the following commands: 
magctl service logs -r maintenance
magctl service logs -r spf-service-manager-service

In an existing setup with Cisco DNA Center where the Automation - Intelligent Capture and Assurance Sensor application packages installed.  If the setup had to be reimaged with Cisco DNA Center (a single or 3-node cluster) and those application packages were not reinstalled before restoring the backup, this issue would be encountered.  This can be verified in the logs called out in the Symptoms section above.

Note: Confirm that the entries under Design and Inventory page are showing correctly. This will confirm that the connectivity to Postgres is not an issue. If the Design and Inventory pages are not showing data, then please open a TAC service request for support.
