Conditions:
#1) for both sessions netstat shows entry
netstat -n | egrep 8002
tcp        0      0 10.255.128.76:41668     10.255.216.99:8002      ESTABLISHED << non-working channel (leaf 102 lo0)
tcp        0      0 10.255.128.76:39412     10.255.224.66:8002      ESTABLISHED << working channel (leaf 101 lo0)

#2) confirmed via tcpdump on ave and leafs that there is no traffic for non-working channel
