Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Network Level Service

Known Affected Releases

4.0(0.0) 4.1(0.0.107A)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 4.1 (and even in 4.0 FCS) I see the problem that WDDI report doesn't work properly with VD, normally for any report with VD enabled, it’ll only display data related to the devices in that VD, but seems sth wrong on this function in WDDI report.

Reproduce Steps: (100% reproducible)
1)	Login 4.1 I107A build 509
2)	Add devices in and enable monitoring policies accordingly
3)	Go to Administration / Users/ Virtual Domains, create a VD with 4 Devices in, names (RangeVD NCS2K SVO)
4)	Go to Reports / Wired Detailed Device Report, create one with VD enabled, click Save
5) Then click Run on the report with VD ?RangeVD NCS2K SVO 4? enabled, which only has 4 devices
6) Then you will get error below, says it’s over 5 devices, but there are only 4 devices in this VD, which is a problem
