Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multicast Flow create loop packets on VPC peer-link for 2 seconds when the last receiver on VPC VLAN leaves the group.

Conditions:
Source on VPC VLAN x is connected to peer 1 (N7K1).  All receivers of a VPC VLAN that are connected to VPC peer 2 (N7K2) leave the group. There is transient looping of traffic back to N7K1. Looping does not happen if the receivers' VLAN is also x.
