Description (partial)

Symptom:
After reloading the active supervisor, the outgoing interface of a prefix with ECMP paths is removed from the hardware, but stays in the software.

This can be verified via the 'show forwarding route <ip_prefix/mask> detail' as follows:
`show forwarding route 0.0.0.0/0 vrf detail`
