Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrade GRE interface configuration may fail with the following error messages
generic::aborted: failed to commit: show configuration failed inheritance Wed Jul 8 21:08:36.497 PDT !! SEMANTIC ERRORS: This configuration was rejected by !! the system due to semantic errors. The individual !! errors with each failed configuration command can be !! found below. interface tunnel-ip1200 ipv4 unnumbered Loopback0 !!% 'ipv4-ma' detected the 'warning' condition 'Unrecognized interface' ! interface tunnel-ip1201 ipv4 unnumbered Loopback0 !!% 'ipv4-ma' detected the 'warning' condition 'Unrecognized interface' ! interface tunnel-ip1202 ipv4 unnumbered Loopback0 !!% 'ipv4-ma' detected the 'warning' condition 'Unrecognized interface' !

Conditions:
This issue was observed with router upgrade from one release to another release. Not specific to any. As its baseline issue this can be hit during a delayed LC start.
