Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packets were dropped due to wrong trap code set in hardware at ingress interface for the specific flow[ src/dst pair]. TCP syn & GRE packets were getting dropped with a trap code ‘LLR_PBP_SA_DROP0’ on the ingress linecard with drop counters for "PUNT DROP_PACKET" incrementing in SPP.

Conditions:
GRE packets getting punted to CPU and dropped
