Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCSM reporting fault similar to the following.

Description: FCoE or FC uplink is down on Vsan x
Affected Object: fabric/san/x/fcoesanpc-y/vsanmember-z
Name: Fabric Vsan Membership Down
Cause: Membership Down

FC or FCOE uplink ports are configured properly on both FI and upstream, ports are up on both ends, and those ports assigned as member-ports to VSANs are are also up.

No service impact, the fault is cosmetic in nature.

Conditions:
UCS-FI-6296UP on 4.0(4d) registered to UCS Central version 2.0(1j).

UCS domain recently experienced connectivity issues with UCS Central.
