Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Catalyst 4500 may block DHCP for connected devices after IP Device Tracking (IPDT) has been configured as a consequence of changing the device's role to "Access" in Cisco DNA Center.

Conditions:
This was observed when IPDT has been configured as a consequence of changing the device role to "Access" and the "device-tracking upgrade-cli" command has not been applied.
