Symptom:
UCS blade servers fail to mark path as down during extended periods of failed IO disrupting SAN connectivity for effected host.

Conditions:
Consecutive aborts observed in UCS adapter logging during time of issue.

Operating System Version: ESXi 6.5.0 Update 2
Blade Package Version: 4.0(4f)B
Adapters: UCSB-MLOM-40G-03
Current Running Drivers: fnic 1.6.0.50

ESXi host are using both power path and native MPIO multipathing software.
