Symptom:
Webdialer is not working when Trace Filter Setting is modified

Conditions:
Go to ccmservice - Trace - Select server - Select CTI service group - Select Cisco webdialer service .
Now modify the Debug Trace Level (e.g:error to debug) under Trace Filter Settings -Click on save.

Now logout and access the webdialer URL. It throws "Service not enabled for you, please contact your administrator" error.
It works fine in 10.5 and 12.0 versions. Issue is seen on 12.5Su2 and 12.5SU3.
