Release-note:  Problem description: 
On Cisco 8202/8201 router , when a user attempts to USB boot the node with a USB Version 3.0 Device, the operation fails and the node boots from the harddisk instead of USB.

CLI Used : reload bootmedia usb

Symptom:
Upon failure the Cisco 8202/8201 router  will reload and boot up with the already installed SW on the hard disk.

Conditions:
1. Cisco 8202/8021 router.
2. USB Version 3.0 Device plugged in
3. CLI used to initiate USB boot : reload bootmedia usb
