Description (partial)

Symptom:
when have an unexpected site-prefix and needs to be clear on the MC the command 

 clear site-prefixes with the command clear domain <domain name > master site-prefix [subnet] [mask-length]

is not able to clear the session

Conditions:
clearing the site-prefix 10.3.3.1/32

 Prefix Flag: S-From SAF; L-Learned; T-Top Level; C-Configured; M-shared
