Symptom:
High CPU/GPU usage detected while on a call in Webex Teams application. The issue appears while sharing screen or video in a call. 

Environment parameters: 

The problem was detected on multiple Thinkpad T550 i7 and Lenovo T450s machines.

Client version: 3.0.15410.0 and 3.0.15485.0
OS version: Windows 10

Conditions:
Screen sharing or video during 1v1 call in Webex Teams. Without sharing or video, the CPU maintains normal values.
