Description (partial)

A syslog is output stating that an install repository is inaccessible, but the install repository is not accessible.

A repository was configured, but the install system couldn't access it.
The user then deconfigured the repository, but after the configuration, the install system output a syslog saying that repository was inaccessible.

Example syslog:
instorch[362]: %INFRA-INSTALL-3-REPO_INACCESSIBLE : Failed to access repository inaccessible_repo with URL file:///harddisk:/this_path_doesnt_exist. Either the URL is inaccessible or it does not contain the required repository metadata.

This is a harmless message and can be ignored.
