Symptom:
Steps:
1. Login to PCA UI as globaladmin user.
2. Navigate to Network Health Overview > Call Quality.
3. Click on the graphical data in Top10TelepresenceEndpointsWithCallQualityAlarms dashlet to cross launch to Alarms & Events > Alarms page.
4. Navigate to Network Health Overview > Alarms.
5. Click on the graphical data in Top10DevicesWithAlarms dashlet to cross launch to Alarms & Events > Alarms page.
6. Click on the graphical data in Top10TelepresenceEndpointsWithAlarms dashlet to cross launch to Alarms & Events > Alarms page.

In all of the above cases, the cross launch to Alarms & Events page shows "No Data Available" instead of the actual data for all the time filters.
