Release-note

Symptom:
on ipv6-nd process restart ipv6 nbrs are removed from nbr table.

Conditions:
In shappens during process restart of ND. Post ND process restart, ND relies on various factors especially checkpoint table and IM events, Usually IM followed by chkpt happens, but for some reason, if chkpt read happens before IM events. ND marks those entries as STALE.
During Dynamic neighbor addition to the table, Irrespective of add or modify(add only again), if the entry already present in chkpt table or newly created, it has to be unset during entry init.
