Cisco Bug: CSCvu91304 - OSPF topology inconsistency seen between OSPF and ORR-SPF databases
Oct 01, 2020
- Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Inconsistency is observed between links in the OSPF topology database and topology of consumer processes like ORR-SPF, BGP-LS and SRTE. The inconsistency could be in the form of a missing link or a stale link with the topology consumer applications. Conditions: This is only in the case of OSPFv2 routing protocol when it is distributing link-state information to consumer process like BGP-LS, SRTE or ORR-SPF when "distribute link-state" command is enabled. This issue may happen in specific timing conditions in updating of topology information from OSPF to it's topology consumers for point to point links.
