Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Network Integration Applications

Known Affected Releases

DNAC1.3.3.4

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Cisco DNA Center detects an alert, it runs some commands on device to check the device's status. However, some of these commands do not work on the Catalyst 9400 platform.

Error occured while executing command: show environment temperature

show environment temperature
                              ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Error occured while executing command: show environment power all

show environment power all
                              ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.4, while polling a managed device for additional details, after receiving an alert from the device. For the Catalyst 9400 platform, the correct syntax should be, "show env sensor temp", "show env status", and "show env xps".
