Symptom: User with Webex Teams client (version 3.0.15711.0) configured to work on Unified CM mode adds a number to forward calls at Webex Teams options > Calls > forward calls to > add. After Adding a number such as “+43 123 4567 8910” (or any number while including spaces on the string), saving and selecting the number for “Forward calls to” destination, the number set is filed with “%20” characters to fill out spaces i.e. “+43%20123%204567%208910”. These number in turn is not functional. Conditions: Webex Teams client configured for usage in Unified CM mode
