Symptom:
Cat9k might face a bootloop with the following log during the boot prodecure:


UNIX-EXT-SIGNAL: Segmentation fault(11), Process = Net Background

Conditions:
-Following rommon variables set to 1:
SWITCH_DISABLE_PASSWORD_RECOVERY
SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG

-Reload

Those variable can also be set with the commands:
system ignore startupconfig switch all
system disable password recovery switch all
