Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISIS process with manual adjacency SID configuration may crash when unconfiguring address-family.
Router process crash may cause network churn or disruption.

Example config:

router isis <>
 address-family ipv6 unicast
  metric-style wide
  segment-routing mpls
 interface <>
   address-family ipv6 unicast
    adjacency-sid index <>

Trigger:
 
router isis <>
 no address-family ipv6 unicast

Conditions:
Problem will not happen everytime since racing is involved. The race window is quite small.
