Description (partial)

Symptom:
When standalone NXOS switch, which is NOT part of vPC, 
1) Reboots and some of EPs which was learnt earlier on that switch is not available anymore after switch  reboots then those EPs will remains as active state in NIR Endpoint Analytics. 
2)Switch which had EPs learnt behind it is physically removed (RMA) then those EPs will remain as active in NIR Endpoint Analytics.  
3) Switch reboots and EPs behind that switch moves to different switch before the switch reboots, then those EPs will remains as active in NIR Endpoint Analytics.

Conditions:
This issue occurs when switch reboot is not part of vPC and some of the EPs behind that switch either moves to a different leaf switch before that switch is back or for some reason EP is not learnt again on that switch.
