Description (partial)

Symptom:
When sending or receiving frames bigger than the default MTU (1500 bytes) the RX OverSize frames and TX OverSize frames counters from "show port datalink counters" output are incremented.

At the same time the %rxdiscpackets% and %txdiscpackets% counters from bulkstats are getting incremented, even if the port is configured with MTU bigger than 1500 and there are no actual drops.

Conditions:
Port configured with MTU bigger than the default 1500.
