Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Certificate Enrollment Service (CES) is used as part of the Online CA solution. As per configuration guide the process should be activated on Publisher only. The CES processes are not used and should not be activated on subscribers nodes. If activated on subscriber, the process will fail to start - with the NOT RUNNING status. 

However, the CES process still appears in the Serviceability menu of the following subscribers pages:

Tools > Service Activation
Tools > Control Center - Feature Services

This is a request to remove the CES process from UCM Subscriber nodes.
