Description (partial)

Symptom:
Push chat will not work, but the push call will work for the same user who login internal and MRA.


XCP Config Manager will NOT send the Push notification with Tracking ID like "PNS: pushCall: Sending Push Notification for the packet with Cisco Tracking ID:"  if APN threads that are responsible for pushing notification are Stuck.

Conditions:
Push call will work for both Internal and MRA logged in users.
