Symptom: A log entry similar to the following will be seen in the "amp" logs: The attachment could not be scanned. File Name = 'filename', MID = Message_ID, SHA256 = File_Hash, Unscannable Category = Service Not Available, Unscannable Reason = The File Analysis service is not available Conditions: This can happen when the appliance tries to upload a file for analysis, but the File Analysis service on the appliance has encountered an error.
