Description (partial)

Symptom:
A router acting as a CUBE will crash unexpectedly due to the CCSIP_SPI_CONTROL process. Prior to the crash we should see the following log (this can also be found in the crashinfo generated from the crash):

UNIX-EXT-SIGNAL: Segmentation fault(11), Process = CCSIP_SPI_CONTROL
