Description (partial)

Symptom:
The 'cable enable-trap cmonoff-notification' configuration under the MAC-domain disappears from linecards' running-configuration after LCHA.

For example:

On CLC Before Chassis Reload or LCHA-Revertback:

    Slot-X-0#show der | count onoff
Number of lines which match regexp = 6 <--- Present

On CLC After Chassis Reload or LCHA-Revertback:

    Slot-X-0#show der | count onoff
Number of lines which match regexp = 0 <--- No longer present

On SUP, Before and After Chassis Reload or LCHA-Revertback:

    !
    interface Cable1/0/0
    load-interval 30
    %snip%
    cable ip-init ipv4
    cable enable-trap cmonoff-notification <--- Config is present
    cable map-advance dynamic 600 600
    %snip%
    !

Conditions:
The configuration disappears following a chassis reload or LCHA & Revertback
