Symptom: When sharing screen in `Optimize for motion and video` mode from Webex Meetings Desktop client (version independent), Teams client participants are not seeing the screen share. Conditions: - Teams client users running versions older than 3.0.15092.0 are affected. - Sharing screen with `Optimize for motion and video` mode. - The issue cannot be reproduced when the users run version older than 3.0.15092.0 - The issue cannot be reproduced with Teams client users when the presenter shares in the default mode `Optimize for text and images`.
