Description (partial)

OSPF is querying BGP AS number with incorrect VRF ID:

- BGP is not aware about this VRF ID it returns the global ASN (configured with ?router bgp <inst -- ASN>?). So this explains the case when OSPF does not use the 4 byte ASN (local-as) configured but uses global ASN instead.

- BGP has some other VRF matching to VRF ID provided by OSPF. Then BGP provides AS number for that VRF. This explains why OSPF was using tag of other VRFs.
