Symptom: Mute and Unmute functionality was not working properly. They were unable to unmute, or it looked like the unmute was not working (MIC button had a spinning icon). Also, when they muted themselves, still their voice was audible in the session and both host and self tried to mute the MIC, but still, their voice can be heard in Webex. Conditions: User need to be on MC desktop client
